My experience was truly unforgettable, not only because of the high quality of the courses and the exceptional instructors, but also because of the incredible sense of community they have created. It’s warm, welcoming, and supportive, making you feel right at home from day one. Each day, I couldn’t wait to go back, and I was genuinely heartbroken when I had to leave the island. I was down with a cold on the first day of class, but both Javi and Dunia were incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable. Thankfully, I recovered by the second day and was able to fully enjoy the experience. Javi was my instructor, and I can’t praise him enough—he’s not only professional but also understanding and supportive. He made free diving feel effortless and enjoyable. I never once felt scared under his watch, and his tips and encouragement brought out the best in me. By the end of the three days, I had learned a new skill, made friends, and had an amazing time. Pasamos un día fantástico haciendo el bautismo. Muy completo, con una sesión teórica que explica los fundamentos del buceo en apnea y anatomía, seguida de una sesión de respiración y luego una larga y fantástica sesión en el mar. Apnea Canarias is truly a gem for anyone looking to explore the depths of the ocean and push their limits in freediving. I recently had the pleasure of taking a course with them and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. First and foremost, I have to thank Sabrina for her incredible inspiration and professionalism. Her knowledge and passion for the sport are truly infectious, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported throughout the entire course. I learned so much from her and truly felt like I was in good hands at all times. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Dani for his enthusiastic teaching methods. His energy and excitement for freediving are truly contagious. But beyond the amazing instructors, I also have to mention the incredible group of people I had the pleasure of meeting during my time with Apnea Canarias. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive. Overall, my experience with Apnea Canarias was incredible. From the inspiring instructors to the amazing group of people I met, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the world of freediving. I have just completed a trip to Tenerife, specifically to train with Apnea Canarias, for their AIDA3 Training - based purely on the reviews I read. I had a fantastic experience. My instructor was Sabrina and she was an excellent instructor. It had been a long time (7 years) since my prior training. At first after day 1, I thought there would be no way I could complete the training, because of my own (lack of) ability. But Sabrina's patience, attention, and helpful guidance, helped me to really tune back in to the freediving state over the course of the 3 days, and comfortably complete the training. Sabrina placed a big emphasis on awareness (for example, of noticing, and releasing, tension), and of feeling, over and above anything else (e.g., time, distance), which has transformed my approach and perspective of freediving - and other areas of my life and in my own teaching work. As my dives continued to improve, Sabrina would calmy offer me new ways that things could be further improved, such as in my positioning, posture, and amount of effort I was putting in at different stages of the dives, generally encouraging me to relax, and save more energy further. This constant feed of digestible and helpful feedback helped me to steadily improve toward completing the training, and has helped me to develop a new passion and understanding about what the freediving experience is about. It was also a pleasure to have met and communicated with Dani throughout the process of booking and whilst visiting, and communication was always easy, and quickly responded to. Thanks so much to you all at Apnea Canarias, - I have already booked my return visit to Tenerife for more training later on this Summer, and I'm very excited to continue to explore this further :)

I got my free diving license at Apnea Tenerife in April, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The instructors were incredibly skilled, making me feel welcome and calm at all times. They were always ready to answer any questions I had, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable.The center quickly felt like a home away from home—a place I always look forward to visiting. One instance that stands out was when a fellow diver and I got seasick due to the waves, preventing us from enjoying our dives. The staff graciously allowed us to dive again another day at no extra cost. This kind of understanding and dedication to ensuring a great experience shows their passion for free diving.If you're looking for a place with heart and skill, Apnea Tenerife is the place to go. Deseando repetir... Una experiencia fantástica altamente recomendable. Fui para ampliar conocimientos en mi nivel 1 de apnea y no solo he aprendido una barbaridad sino que además lo he disfrutado un montón. Buzo libre de nivel 1 muy recomendable Vine aquí para completar mi curso de apnea de nivel 1. La ubicación y el personal hicieron de esta la mejor opción de todo mi viaje. Buceando desde la costa con instructores competentes y tranquilos, pudimos sumergirnos a una profundidad máxima de 20 metros para este curso con la temperatura del agua perfecta y sin corriente y con la mejor visibilidad que he encontrado hasta ahora. Hermosa piscina para entrenar también y todo fue 100% seguro. Omar hizo que la reserva fuera fácil y sin estrés, Danny y Dario fueron muy buenos instructores y mantuvieron el curso interesante y nada aburrido. Súper recomanable! Aquestes vacances de Nadal he pogut gaudir d'entrenaments a Apnea Canarias, a Tenerife. En tot moment han estat professionals i cordials, animant-me. M'han ajudat molt a superar amb escreix els objectius que m'havia fixat. L'ambient i el tracte han estat excel·lents. La relació qualitat preu és immillorable. Una experiencia maravillosa de la mano de los mejores! Me regalaron un bautizo de regalo de cumpleaños. Trato profesional y diversión asegurada. Los instructores son lo mejor! Te trasmiten todas las bases para que te diviertas bajando en toda seguridad. En fin, que llegué para un bautizo, y aquí estoy después de 3 meses, certificado, visitando pecios hundidos, y entrenando para seguir bajando y bajando y bajando...
